Information for visiting teams
If you are playing a match at Wapping please see below for key information. If you are playing at Lee Valley or Redbridge please pay particular attention to the parking details at those venues.
For any enquiries ahead of match day please contact our Fixtures Secretaries, by emailing email@example.com. Contact on match days should be captain to captain and not involve the fixtures secretaries. A full contact list of team captains will be circulated in the weekly email to clubs.
Kit: As a general rule, Wapping play in maroon at home and away in white. Please check the East/Essex websites to see if you need to change shirts/socks.
Teas: Captains should contact the relevant Wapping team captain by Tuesday evening to advise on numbers/dietary requirements. Teas will be ordered for you unless you advise otherwise.

NB: 4 hours is the absolute maximum for free parking, and the timings are controlled by cameras.
Wapping HC has no responsibility for, or say over, those who receive fines, and has no ability to influence anything once the fines are issued. If you have any concerns, or believe you have been wrongly fined, please contact LVHTC or go through the online appeals process provided for in the appeal notice.

Possible weather issues
Our home venues are prepared to make any play/no play decision 2 hours before the times as published below. John Orwell opens at 9:00am and Lee Valley at 8.00am, and we are unable to access pitches for inspection before those times.
If your journey is a long one, please get in touch to advise of when you plan to leave, and we will try and help out if possible.
Wapping team captains will be notified as soon as possible if the game is off, and communicate this decision by phone to opposition teams, league secretaries, and umpires.
